Column Jacketing

This building structure are repaired with Jacketing Method, the idea is to add new dimension of the structure since the existing are already badly damage, so the structure back where it design for or higher than before. We also add new re-bar in the column to reinforced the new non shrinking  grout.

Structure Strengthening

Using a carbon fiber as a building structure strengthening, can replace an old method of strengthening that usually using a steel. The result are building more lighter, stronger, and no adding useless space that we have in steel strengthening.

 

 Floor Protective Coating

This existing factory floor are made only from a conventional concrete, and most of the area are structuraly crack and also dusty. So we came up with this suggestion, to fill in the crack that already happen, we inserted a epoxy resin enamel that can be injected into the crack and finished the floor surface with special design acrylic based floor painting.

Heavy Duty Self Smoothing Epoxy Floor

Industrial floor area are require special treatment such as ; abrasion resistant, dust free, easy to clean, chemical resistant etc. This is where Heavy Duty Epoxy Floor takes part, since it can full fill all that floor design. Is it also available in various color and thickess according to the first floor design.

 

 

 

 

 

Water Leakage Injection (For Basement/ Ground Water Tank)

This job are usually done in a basement retaining wall area or a ground water tank, which have a high pressure water in it, so to stop this leakage problem we injected with a polyurethane polymer material that will  active and expand when it directly contact with water. 

Waterproofing Coating

We protect this concrete deck with an acrylic based waterproofing coating that have a good elastisity and also UV resistant, to re-inforsed the layers we added with a polyester mesh between the coat. This material are also can be applied as an exterior wall paint since it available in several colors. 

Lithium Silicate Floor Hardener & Densifier

Even though this floor is finished with a non metalic floor hardener, the owner require that this floor are dustfree with natural look of the concrete it self. So we applied this lithium silicate floor hardener and densifier on the existing substrate. The material it self has a nano technology, so the particle are more smaller than a water so it will easily absorb into the concrete and lock the small dust particle inside it. 

Heat Reflector & Waterproofing (Spray Application)

Using a zincalum roof are a standard factory building nowdays, but the problem is the room temprature are hotter, plus if they dont have any heat reflector inside it. We protect this roof with special heat reflector paint that have to be sprayed in the application, this materials are made from water based resin polymer and contain a ceramic powder to reflect the heat from the sun. The result, the room temprature are cooler 6 - 9 degree from the outside temprature.

Torch-on Waterproofing Membrane (Torching)

This type of waterproofing based are from bituminous with polyester fabric inside it, and  it's have been specially design for area where high flexibility are required, such as concrete deck, swimming pool, basement, retaining wall, etc.
